When will my package arrive?

In-stock items: Delivered within 2–8 business days via Standard shipping.

Out-of-stock items (shipped from overseas warehouses): Delivered within 9–15 business days via International shipping.
Note: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than average.
Free Shipping
MSM AV orders will ship to any corner of Australia, with products under 20kg, or less than 106cm long, automatically qualifying for our Free Shipping option (some remote locations are not eligible for free shipping). This option is sent via Australia Post and all deliveries are sent with insurance and registered post. This means someone will need to sign for your goods when it arrives. If no one is home, a card will be left for you and your gear will be delivered to the local post office, where you can collect it at your convenience.
For items over 20kg, or longer than 106cm, the additional freight fee will be displayed in your shopping cart. The amount will vary according to the weight of the item and shipping destination within Australia.
Express Shipping
If you need your gear faster, then we have an Express Shipping option. Charges for Express Shipping can be calculated by using the handy Shipping Calculator located on each product page.
We will choose the fastest option we have to get your item to you. Please note: Express does not always mean overnight. This depends on where your order is shipping from in relation to the delivery address. There may be an additional delay of 2-3 days (due to verification) if payment is made via bank transfer.
If you need equipment by a specific date, please give us a call on 03 9436 9000. Our online team will do their best to get your order to you on time.
Please Note: Express Shipped items are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes. We recommend using a business address or home address where someone will be there to sign for it.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 12–24 hours on business days after being received.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most regions worldwide. Local shipping is supported in the following countries:
- Australia
- New Zealand
Orders from other regions or involving out-of-stock items are fulfilled through overseas warehouses.
Customs Tax: May apply to international shipments. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Important Notes for International Orders

Valid contact information is required: Customs officials may need to reach recipients. We are not responsible for undelivered orders if the recipient cannot be contacted.

Batteries are not included: Due to air transport restrictions, international orders will ship without batteries.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—please contact us within 10 hours of placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. Email us at: info@msmav.com.au
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours. After this window, shipments may already be processed. While we are not liable for incorrectly entered addresses, we will do our best to assist you by contacting the carrier.
