Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a master or a remote headset?

It is the master headset. The master links the remote headsets together, so order it to replace a system's master. To add more crew to an existing Solidcom C1 system, you need remote headsets instead.

How long does the battery last?

As the master, approx. 6 hours with 3 remote headsets connected or approx. 5 hours with 5. Two batteries are included so one can charge while the other is in use. Batteries charge in a Solidcom C1 charging case, not over USB.

What's the range?

Up to 350 m line of sight, on the 1.9 GHz DECT band used in Australia.
