When will my package arrive?

In-stock items: Delivered within 1–6 business days via Standard shipping.

Out-of-stock items (shipped from overseas warehouses): Delivered within 9–15 business days via International shipping.
Note: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than average.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using standard delivery, and the estimated timeframe will be displayed at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 12–24 hours on business days after being received.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most regions worldwide. Local shipping is supported in the following countries:
- Australia
- New Zealand
Orders from other regions or involving out-of-stock items are fulfilled through overseas warehouses.
Customs Tax: May apply to international shipments. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Batteries are not included: Due to air transport restrictions, international orders will ship without batteries.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
